West Ham United picked up a vital three points on Saturday, as they overcame Southampton with a 3-1 victory.
Michail Antonio was the man to finish off the scoring, having already assisted Sebastien Haller, and posted about the result on Instagram after the final whistle.
The 29-year-old’s goal came when Pablo Fornals played a perfectly-weighted pass over the Southampton defence for him to run onto, before guiding the ball past Alex McCarthy with a clinical first-time finish.
Antonio’s overall performance was highly impressive outside of these goal contributions, as can be seen through his statistics: he completed four key passes, one dribble, one tackle and maintained a pass success rate of 82%.
