While Kane is feeling at home in Germany, he is yet to be joined by his young family. That is giving him time to focus on his game, and learning a new language. The 30-year-old striker is far from fluent yet, but he is benefiting from having plenty of English speakers around him.

Kane admits that his language skills have become a slow burner, with the claiming that he has taken in “around 10 sessions so far”. Bayern are keen for him to get a grasp of the native language in his new surroundings, allowing communication on and off the pitch to become easier.
