Chelsea already have a host of centre-back options at Mauricio Pochettino's disposal. Levi Colwill, Axel Disasi, Benoit Badiashile and Thiago Silva have all featured for the Blues this season, while Alfie Gilchrist made his senior debut in the midweek win against Crystal Palace and Wesley Fofana is out injured. Trevoh Chalobah and Malang Sarr are also part of the squad. Nevertheless, with Silva now aged 39 and out of contract in the summer, the Stamford Bridge team are looking at bringing in another player.
